total timing
How much total timing can a 429 take?The engine is a 1973 block .030 over with flattop pistons trick flow street heads lunati voodoo cam .588/.600 lift 284/292 duration stealth intake 750 edelbrock carb full msd ignition.I have it set at 10 initial with 28 mechanical no vacuum adv.The engine under load will only turn 4000 rpms.I didnot degree the cam when i put it in and i have 9 way adjustable timing set. Any ideas on why it will not run right?This engine is in a mudbogger with 47" ltb's 5.38/5.88 gears and 3500 stahl.
