Well it would be helpful to know a little more background about your engine.
Things like the mileage on it, service history & where you are on scheduled maintenance, did this problem come about slowly over time, or suddenly after some event.
Things like spark plug condition, ie, spark gap erosion, condition of the internal & external insulators, plug wires, has the electrical system been load tested lately, especially the battery & battery cables, how new are the air & fuel filters & have you done a fuel pressure check, have you changed fuel brands or stations lately, have the injectors or throttle body ever been cleaned???? Just some things that come to mind right away.
