I've got no (that's ZERO) mechanical experience, but I've always wanted to learn how to save a few bucks. Bought a '96 F250 PSD in February this year, and decided I'd try to never take it to a mechanic unless the engine or tranny needed to be pulled. Ambitious? Maybe...
I've been a member for about 1 month now - and I've already replace the water pump, thermostat & coolant temp sending unit, & changed the oil on my truck - with mostly help from other forum posts , and a little help from my father-in-law.
