We need info on your truck -- year, engine, trans, whether it has AC or not, where you live/drive, etc. In general, I don't recommend electric fans for trucks, as they're just not capable of delivering enough airflow for hauling in warm weather. If you have a big block, forget it unless you happen to live in Alaska or the Yukon and only drive your truck in winter.
Lincoln Mark VII 93-96 far better than any aftermarket. I've got one on my '72 f-100 4x4 w/360. but watch out they draw a lot of power.(melted my switch the first time). use a relay.
