We are getting Lazy
I just saw in the news that we no longer have to go to the gym, it can all be done online.

I guess I have been ahead of everyone else. I have been doing the leg lifts on my recliner for years..
I was thinking of expanding my exersices to include the 12 oz curls, but I don't want to push myself and get hurt.
How does an online gym work? I thought part of exersicing was using weight machines, jogging, swimming, etc.
Are we suppose to pay someone a monthly fee to sit their bench pressing our computer monitors?

Soon personal interaction will be thing of the past. Even meeting other people on the street, we can scan each others blackberry and communicate without actually speaking a word - spooky
