disc brake help

I know you all get tired of these disc brake questions. I searched all the posts and could not find an answer. I have a 72 F-100. I have a junked 74 F-250 w/ dual piston cal. My qustion is, will 74 F-100 rotors work on the F-250 spindles. I don't have the money to get more parts and the F-250's are free. I am sorry for openning up this worn out topic.

Unfortunately, you'll have to stick with 1/2 ton parts. The 250 spindles are heavier. Spindles from a 73-79 will work with those rotors.

Jeremyd72,
If your desperate for disc's, you could use the F-250 parts, just have 8-lug front wheels and 5-lug rears! You could swap in a 3/4-ton rear-axle, and have yourself a 3/4-ton truck!
