swawp disc brakes 79 to 72 F150
I have a 72 step side that I want to put disc brakes on.
I all so have a 79 long bed that I am useing for parts with disc brakes on it .
will they swawp ?

yes they will. i did one on my 68s.w.b i changed out the complete front end to me its easier those kingpins can be bad to the bone kevin

yes they will fit. you will have to use the master cylinder and the equalizer block from the 79 to get them to function right, but it is not a hard swap at all. sure makes a difference in the braking.

Hey yall thanks for the info.
I thought they would but I didn't want to get it all apart
and find out that they wouldn't.
do I need to use the brake booster too?

only if you want power brakes also. it is easier to swap the whole thing anyway.
