stealth small or large

on the d2oe-ab police head,does the larger port #8021 fit the port size better than the smaller#8012. this is the 2.19 intake valved head used in 73 and 74.i would rather grind on the intake instead of the heads.

i actually port matched my heads to the gasket,then i had to take some off the intake but not much-i used the #8012 stealth

I too am running the D2OE heads on my 460 and I used the 8012 manifold. With the compression and cam I am running, I left slightly smaller intake manifold ports alone. I am going for torque more than hp so my thoughts were that the step between the intake and the port in the head would help a little with blowback at lower rpm.
