Does anyone know where to get those little clips that attach to the fenders and have the nuts for the fender bolts welded to them? I don't even know what to call them, and I haven't seen them online here or in any of the usual catalogs (LMC, Autokrafters, Mac's, etc.).
I will have extras after my project is done. If you don't need them real soon you can have them for the postage. I have lots of leftovers to give away, Email me offline.

I think what your looking for is called a foldover nut.

Another good source is a local Paint and Body shop. They usually have a good selection, and most of the time will sell you a few if talk nice to em. I've done this for body trim fasteners before.
You can order them from McMaster Carr. They sell the welded and the SAE grade 5 clip nuts. A box runs $10. Buy the SAE grade 5 becuse the nut is formed into the bracket and won't brake off. They are made by Alveuco.
