*HELP* Finding E.E.C. spout in '87 F150

Hi, anyone know how to find the E.E.C. Inline Spout (aka single line spout) on a 1987 ford f150?

I checked the manual, but it does not say where exacly to find it.

If anyone can help me on this, it will be well appreciated.

On the Windsor motors, it kinda just lays on the block underneath the distributor.
