1993 F150 302 timing?

1993 F150 302 timing?
I have a 1993 F150. I do an eec test on it and I get an error code of 213 Ignition SPOUT or SAW circuit open or shorted. Anyone know what this means? Because of this, the timing is all messed up. When I try to accelerate it bogs. Please help!!!

Check to see if the spout connector is still present. It is a small grey jumper it will be near the EEC conectors you used for the test. If it is there check the wiring to make sure the wires are not broken. If the spout connector is missing, you may have to get one from the dealer or a bone yard.
