I put a LED light bar in the recess under my tailgate today. It works with my stop and direction lights and looks great at night. I was worried that it would block the hole to lower my spare but turned out it has four mounting pads held on by screws so it is easily removed. I was able to cut a slot so that the spare can be dropped without disturbing the light bar. It took less than an hour to install.

My photo software is not working. Any recommendations for such software? I'll try to snap a few pics. The Ranger was at the dealer yesterday ... the air conditioner conked out (not good in Texas). I dropped it off at my dealer, they replaced a seal on the compressor and sent a van to pick me up ..... great service.

One detail I forgot to mention... We have a Media Card Reader. That's what it's called. It's some cheaply built plastic piece that has like 4 different slots on it for different types of cards and we take the memory card out of the camera and put it in there.
I have no problem getting the pics into my computer. I have just struck out adding them to a post or my gallery.
Another problem - I have attempted to take pictures of my gas cap lock and light bar and all I get is pictures of me reflected in the shiny black paint. While there is certainly some beauty in that, it is not what I wanted to show. I'll try again when there is less light.

Dono...you know how to add them to your gallery, correct? I avoid the java applet on here, just use the regular file upload.
As for the problems with the black paint. A) make sure flash is off, B) zoom in to focus on the item as much as possible, and C) do it at an angle where reflections are minimized.
