>sorry
Woops, guess I assumed too much.
Mk has got you covered, the back-up light switch for the 4-speeds is located near the top behind the shifter on the driver's side.

lube places to get the inspect done. The inspector was
about 19yrs old. He was all over the truck for 20mins,
then wanted to know if I knew where the connection was
for the computer! I told him I had removed it, he went
tearing inside to get his boss, so I drove away.
Next place the owner had a 63 Galaxie XL, real cherry,
I was in and out in 20mins.

I survived three DPS area supervisors in the early '90's when I was inspecting due to them being crooked or misinformed themselves. If anyone has ANY questions about their inspection information, the best thing to do is go straight to the source- YOUR LOCAL DEPT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
As far as customers paying for the inspection when they fail, I just calmly explained to them that they were paying for the labor it takes to do the inspection, not the sticker. That is not stretching the truth- IT IS THE TRUTH. The sticker is just the prize at the end of the race.
