? about a chevy rearend
hey guys, we are about to start scraping out my dads old 75 custom delux 3/4 ton.
i was looking under the truck at the rearend, at least the part that hasnt sunk into the ground, i believe it looks like a dana 60.
my question is could a 1975 chevy truck be bought with a dana 60 rearend?
If it matters the truck is a 3/4 ton custom delux, 2wd, with a granny 4 speed, and a 350 v8.
if this is indeed a dana then its going to be going under my 82 f100.

It's probably a low gear too,4.56's were common in those.

Could be- if it had the heavy GVW Pkg. In the glovebox,there should still be the tags for the build code on a plastic sheet
axle code:
GT4= 3.73
GT5= 4.10
HC4= 4.56
G80= Locking Diff
