Transmission slipping (e4od)
Hi, I have a van with an e4od.

When cold it shifts fine....but slips when upshifting after getting hot. What's the diagnosis?


It has an aftermarket cooler on it, if that matters.

What year is the van? I had a similar problem with a 1997 E150 with about 125,000 miles. It would slip when hot. I had a fluid flush and filter change and the problem went away. i know hve 150,000 on the van.
