Door Lock/unlock Actuators

Door Lock/unlock Actuators
Are the front right and left door actuators (lock/unlock) the same as the rear door ones on my 1999 Crew Cab F350?
Also, what other years do they fit? I am getting conflicting information from official Ford Websites. Some say 96-2003 OR 2000-2003 OR 1999-2006. So if anyone has any real world experience, that would be great.
Also, I have the door panel off of the door with the backing but can't imagine that I DON'T have to remove something else to get to them. Is the inner skin supposed to come of or how do I change them?
