Swapping Ford Towing Mirrors - Wiring Harness

Anybody know where I can get the below wiring harness to swap out my Superduty power mirrors to the ones below. I have the mirrors but I just need the wiring harness to adapt the two together. My local ford dealer said that they only sell it as part of the mirror kit and not separately.

You could get in touch with the guys at www.powerstrokeshop.com They are pretty good about selling parts. They might be able to help you out.

Thanks. You guys are the greatest. I knew the Ford parts guy was just trying to make the sale for a whole mirror set.

Or, had no idea it could be gotten seperately.

Did he actually LOOK it up on the computer and check? Or just shake his head and say "no" without looking?

I've had Ford guys do that to me, and I would just ask to see the parts book to look at the complete kit. SURPRISE, there's a seperate callout just for the part I needed. Usually, they seemed genuinely surprised... one even made the comment "Chevy would never supply that seperately" - he was an ex-Chevy guy (might have been Dodge, that was a long time ago)

Only once did I come up against someone who was actually trying to pump-up the sale. When he refused to show me the parts book, I walked over to the manager and explained my entire problem. Not about how the guy seemed to have lied to me, just that I was just trying to find that part. He walked over, looked it up himself, and sold me the part. I never saw the original parts guy again in that place. Could have been a coincedence...

Some of us would rather make a happy customer that will come back than a big bucks sale to somebody you may never see again.
The Ford catalogs (leave much to be desired) illustrate the adapter "serviced with assembly only", but there's other places to get that kind of info if you're willing to dig.
