Does anyone have experience with an auto tow dolly that carrys a motorcycle on a platform in front of the dolly wheels, as shown at motorcyclecarrier.net/rv_tow_dolly.html? I currenty tow an 18' flat bed trailer to carry a Gold Wing and Jeep.

Bob, If you will notice in the photos, with the bike on dolly the car wheels are not in the well over the axle, where it normally rides. When the wheels are in the well, there is no weight on the tow vehicle at all.

Having one built for the extra weight would be required. IMHO.

Using the rig that you have might be a better choice.
