Does anyone know where a man could get a chrome grill for a '67 F-100? The grill on the truck i'm about to buy is beat, the spare is not too hot and they're both painted. If someone has the hot ticket on where to find chrome grills I'd be doing this:
that site is great! My somewhat short search for body panels has ended! Gosh with their low low prices I am going to end replacing all the panels! LOL thanks again man!
You might request a '68 grill.I don't think I've ever seen one on a '67.A '68 is the same thing .Look @lmctruck.com,looking in my catalog,grill inserts $119.95 ea,the bezels $69.95 ea.Maybe this will help
Uh, the 67-69 trucks didn't use grille "inserts". Only the 70 and up trucks did. The grilles on 67-69 trucks are one piece -- either aluminum (Custom Cab and Ranger) or painted steel (base). At last check, neither LMC nor anyone else carried new/repro grilles for these trucks. Dennis Carpenter supposedly will be releasing (has released?) repro headlight doors, but my last catalog from him said they were "coming soon."
