NP205 not shifting...

Hey I just got a Div NP205 and so Im rebuilding it, but it didnt really need it. Bearings are all tight and have zero excessive play in them. The gears do not have a wear patern on them at all. The only signs of usage are on the gear collars that move back and forth over the gears from when engaging. So basically Im just cleaning it up and fixing all the leaks.
The front output shaft/gear assembly is working fine. The shifter fork moves freely, doesnt take a lot of force to get it to engage.

BUT.

The rear output gear assembly, however, wont shift very well. It goes from 2HI (furthest back position) to (center) but will not go forwards again. So I thought maybe the shifter bearing thingy that holds the shifter rail in HI, N, or LOW for the rear output might be too tight. So I took it out, to no avail. So then I took out the shifter collar to see if it would work, which it still didnt.
Also, the gear collar isnt in contact with the front input shaft gear. The rear shaft/gear of the Input / Rear Output assembly is not installed at the moment.

I used a hammer to try to engage it, but no worky.

Thanks for yalls help.

Haha, yeah... Oh well. At least I know my t-case inside and out now. Or sorta. I guess if I knew it inside and out I could fix this problem.
