5.8 vs. 5.0 intakes

5.8 vs. 5.0 intakes
Do the 5.0 and 5.8 upper intakes interchange??? I had heard that there were bolt hole differences that created issues with using say a 5.0 upper on a 5.8 lower. Can anybody confirm this?

I was under the impression the stock EFI uppers were interchaneable.
I KNOW 100% all the aftermarket ones are NOT!!
The GT 40 has round staggered ports where I belive the Edelbrock used the stock inline rectangular truck lower config.....TFS I'm not sure of.

what i meant is the edelbrock 5.0 & 5.8 upper is interchangable, just like the Gt40 5.0 & 5.8 upper is interchangable. of course you cant cross brands :-)
the stock efi intakes the 5.0 is square and the 5.8 are round.
