Red47, new ones aren't being made, as far as I have ever seen. But Dennis Carpenter was offering a NOS one on eBay about 2 months ago, I don't remember it selling, didn't meet reserve. Might try to give them a call for one. If not, check eBay and the classifieds here. Many replace the in cab tank, so usually you can get one for a pretty fair price.

Red, I have a very good tank. Professionally cleaned and sealed inside with POR 15, new 12 V sending unit, new rubber neck, and new shutoff valve. One screw fastening the sender to tank top has been broken, but after sealing with aviation sealer it never leaked from the sender gasket, or anywhere else.

I have a '46 tank from a small PU, complete with filler neck, gasket to cab. I also have a S-W 12 V. sender and gauge that I used with the tank when I was running the '46. I used an electric fuel pump that I also still have, that was working when I took it out.
