Now I'm wondering what type of brake booster would I need for 12 9/16" front disc with 2 piston calipers and 12x3" rear drums? I'm mounting it under the floor and I'm going to use the stock pedal assembly. I can only fit a 7" booster but do I get a single or dual diaphram booster? The donor truck used a 10" booster. I want firm brakes but I don't want them to be very sensitive.
Stock C30 Hydroboost and master cylinder fits pretty well. Requires modifications to the stock brackets and a power steering pump capable of driving it.
I'm going to be using a new master cylinder that came originally from the donor truck. I can get 3 aftermarket boosters for it, a 7", 7" dual diaphram and a 8" dual diaphram. The 8" is too big so I'm wondering if I'll have enough pressure with a 7" single diaphram booster?
