Recieved the vehicle spec sheet today, thought I'd share the info.
F10 F-100 Styleside Pickup

R Manufactured at the San Jose Assembly Plant
G74419 Consecutive Unit Nimber
This vehicle was produced on 10/06/1969 with the following options:
Can somebody elaborate on the three that I've highlighted please
