I got my truck's build sheet from Ford yesterday. It shows all the specs and optional equipment. Pretty cool, and you can't beat free. I have been researching a little bit and am finding out that my truck is a little rare being a 4x4 F350. Even more a little rare being a fully loaded supercab. I am trying to figure out if it really is a super camper special. Think I will ask the 73-79 forum some questions in an attempt to figure this truck out...
I believe any year works. Mine is a 79 and they didn't have a problem. Took about 5 weeks to get it, Ford said they keep all files over 20 years off site and had to dig for mine. But they did it without haste and for the wonderful price of free. It lists all the original specifications and optional equipment the truck came with. I am going to try and scan it in to the computer and post it in my gallery.
The way I did it was I went to the Ford website. Clicked on contact us. You want to find a way to talk to the Ford Customer Service Division or the Research Unit Representative - North American Customer Relationship Center.
I think there is a phone number you can call, but I emailed them and got a response within a few days saying they were working on it but it would take awhile due to the age of my truck. Hope this helps.
