I don't know the date for Tuttle, sorry. As for the tires, they are 33x12.50x16.5. The brand is Durango MT. So far I like them a lot. 35s would fit, but I think the 33s look more proportional.

Yep, it has factory air. I took the compressor out for more room to work on the motor and the condensor out for more air flow to radiator. Even has the monsterous heater core box on the fire wall. Thanks for the offer though.
