I pulled the front off yesterday and they were fine. I lifted up the rear end and the left tire has some drag and scraping. Looks like I get to put in new pads and possibly a caliper.

I agree if you have dragging it must be corrected. The same work applies to the rear. But if you finish the rear and still have the issue, don't feel bad about changing the pads. But given 144000 miles on your truck be sure to check the brake hoses to the caliper for cracks. I replaced all of mine at 132000. Jim
Pads were gone on the left rear. Caliper seems to be working just fine. Will pick up new rotors and pads tomorrow. That should take care of the problem.
I will check the lines as well. Thanks for the advice.
