I think I have an injector bad. I had some water in the fuel and before it all got out of the system my engine started running rough. It acts like it has air in the system, idles rough like it is missing. Seems fine on the road. I know it is not air. I have gone through 2 tanks of fuel since it started. I have all the water out of the system. Have changed filters twice to make sure I am not running trapped water. System shows no codes. Just runs rough.

Is your SES light on?
What brand scanner did you use and can it do a complete PSD test?
Have you noticed excessive smoke out the pipe when running or at start up?
You may have a week or bad injector as the other post say's unless it is electrical it wont throw a code most of the time.
You can try a buzz test but I dought that it will show a problem if it buzzes 1 long time and 8 shorts then the electric side is good if not check your count and thats the bad one
Next do a cylinder contribution test that should tell you which hole is week or missing.
then run it down the road in real time mode and watch the injectors and cylinder contribution at the time also whatch your HPOP pressures should be 2100 - 3000 psi under moderate load
