Grillfest and damaged van....
Yestarday my brother got an idea to go to a picnic.... ore Grillfest as say in germany... There is a Power plunt in 20 miles far from lugansk, and a lake near this plant is always warm. Nice plase for picnic!
Van was full of passangers (+ girls), 2 boxes of beer, meet...
My brother tried to find the best place for parking and I got a stuck! Bottom of van was down the sand, It was impossible to open doors, so I leaved the van throught the sliding door!
We tried to pull her out, to dig, finally we stopped a car with 3 drunk bodies inside and asked to help us....
Clutch disk was ovberheated (bad smell), I belive it will not go out next week!, speedmeter cabel was pulled out the tranny, PS line was damaged too, all the room under the hood was covered with PS fluid.
But picnic was really good. We were home next morning. I can not get parts today ore tommorow, becouse it is Easter this Sunday and all the shops are closed, so my old lady will be waiting for the monday and we will eat Easter cakes. I will visit her on the parking tomorrow...

reminds me of a fellow Aerostar owner in Germany. He told me he once took a wrong turn in Romania and drove the Van (1992 3.0 Ext.) into a lake. A farmer pulled him out with his tractor (chain on rear axle). No damage to the van...

I always like to hear about a good picnic with girls and beer. . . Don't worry about the van.
