Greetings
Any suggestions on how to lower the rear of my F-100 about 2" without buying new leaf springs? I won't be hauling heavy loads and and think it would improve looks and ride. Thanks for any input!

The import guys put the axle on top of the spring pack. This would lower the truck the thickness of the leaf spring. It's cheap and easy but I haven't looked at the rear of my truck to see if its possible.
If you want to lower the rear end of your truck get some new drop shackles and hangers. The combination of both is supposed to drop it 2". I can't remeber the name of the place I saw them. Do a search for suspension or somthing like that. On an internet search engine and you should get some kind of results. Beltech I think was the site i was thinking about. I could be wrong.
djmsuspensions.com was the company i was thinking of. But i would still do a search on the net. You might come up with a better set of shackles and hangers.
