66 f100 4x4 swb w/ auto trans

I have a 1966 f100 4x4 swb with auto trans and 2speed transfer case, was this offered in 1966 and is it rare? Has 352, pretty solid truck, Thanks Randy

A/T has been swapped in, as 1973 was the first year that A/T was available in F100/250 4WD's
