.I think It's because there are not alot of people looking for "stuff" here. My whole County is larger than RI but only has 1,700 people in it, only 2 "towns" 1 with 400 people and 1 with about 500 people.
Since we only get about 6" of rain/year almost no rust

Nice truck. 
I noticed it doesn't have the original air cleaner on it. The one it is supposed to have is about a foot tall. It fits up to the bottom of the cab and gets air from the vents by the door handle.
