good scratch remover

On a factory paint job, I would first try 3M hand glaze, it is very mild and specifically designed for light scratches. If after 3 or so applications that are not effective, I would try 3M finisse II, it is a very fine polish and with both don use pressure, just motion. if that fails I would not go any farther because OEM paint is only about 3 mils thick and you will end up with a very dull circle. At this point I would recommend a crayon, they come in a variety of colors that will match almost every paint color and let it soften in the sun, gently rub the area filling the scratch then with a lightly damp very warm cloth, gently rub the surface reducing and blending the wax into the paint surface. It will disappear with a coat of automotive wax over the entire area. You'll end up having to reapply the crayon about every 6-9 months depending on weather, etc.

Hi
Scratches are basically missing paint. The only way to "remove" missing paint is to remove more. That is, remove some of the paint surrounding the scratch. It requires an abrasive cleaner like Meguiars #2 Fine Cut Cleaner. You said they were small so I'm suggesting the finest cleaner they make.
If they could be described as swirl marks (only visible in low light levels, usually under lights at night) then Meguiars #9 Swirl Mark Remover is you product.
You can use these by hand but they work best by machine. Use soft fabrics by hand and a circular motion until the product is dry. By machine use a foam pad (stay away from wool).

Thanx for listening.

Hi squeals99
Meguiars Scratch X is a consumer grade of the same type of product as #2 Fine Cut cleaner I mentioned earlier. It has been thickened to apply from a tube but it's essentially just a fine cleaner.
You cna go back to Scratch X or try the line of professional Meguairs cleaners
#2 Fine Cut - aggression level 5
#1 Medium Cut - aggresion level 7
#4 Heavy Cut - aggression level 8
Then you get the two compounds but may not need an aggression level of 9 or 10.
