From the looks of things I've got a forward clutch that is siezed in my 1989 F-150 4x4.
It's in the driveway but it's got no reverse gear and Neutral moves the truck forward. I've checked the linkage and to the best of my knowledge everything is working fine there.
Also, when it's in park and I slightly rev the throttle, the truck sort of lurges forward a bit and the RPMs die right off. Almost like it's fighting itself.
Any thing I can do here or what am I looking at to get this fixed? Do you think I'm going to need a rebuild/pick up one from the scrap heap?
