Yes it was an option, or deletion, i have 2 factory radio delete panels one in blue the other in red. Not sure how rare this is??

Yeah there not that rare, I've seen a few in the yards.

C7TB-8104371 fits '67 - '72 pickups.

Check into trucks bigger than an f-350. Also old school busses

The 67 block off plate actually is narrower than the 68-72's. I've only found two; one that I sent to a friend and the one I just pulled out of a parts truck.

I have a 67 F250 and just bought a radio delete plate.
How does the plate mount? I have the face plate, but what goes behind the plate?
