Radio delete?

Radio delete?
The 67 block off plate actually is narrower than the 68-72's. I've only found two; one that I sent to a friend and the one I just pulled out of a parts truck.

I have a 67 F250 and just bought a radio delete plate.
How does the plate mount? I have the face plate, but what goes behind the plate?
