Paint inside of engine?

do NOT use regular paint if your gonna paint the inside of the engine, as someone else mentioned the paint that is used by some is Glyptol, and the red version only. Yes eastwood carries it, but what it actually is for is painting the internals of electric motors. I looked into it at one time, and that would be the only paint I would ever consider on the internal of my engines but like Torque I don't ever paint hte inside of my engines, I do grind all the casting flash off, and will champher the openings of the oil return holes, and will polish the bottom of the lifter gallery wear the oil runs to the oil return holes other than that I leave it alone.
