My wife was the same way about my 02. She drove it for something while I was at work. She calls me and says " I looked down and I was doing 80! Didnt even feel like I was moving." This of course was in a 55 zone.
She also says "Everybody looks at me when I am in your truck."

Watch out, bad sign. Anytime a woman is getting looked at, she's getting what she likes. Put a stop to that before it is too late. They don't get gussied up for nothing.

I am 21 and having fun with my truck. But, I have found that girls love these trucks for some reason. My last ex I think only gave me a chance because she liked my truck. I let her drive it once when I was probably over the limit and didn
t want to take a chance. After that she would ask to drive it. (But then she dumped me the first time I drove my car over to meet her. Fuel was really expensive then.)
Ha Ha
So even though I am not married and about half the age of the average member here I know a little of how you feel.
im 21 too, my girlfriend loves driving my truck, but she hates fords. i dont quite understand her sometimes. i started to let her drive my chevy after i got my psd. she quit driving that when gas went up. it gets like 8 mpg cause its lifted 12 inches with 38s on it
I bought the wife a new car two years ago and fortunatly she has no interest in my PSD. Problem though is her son is returning from the university soon and the last time I saw him, he was eying my truck. The last car I loaned to him, he distroyed is less than a year, I actually donated it to a charity because it was of no dollar value after he was done with it. PSD is definatly of limits. The T-Bird I guess has limited days.
Thankfully, my girlfriend still doesn't like it - after nearly 3 years!! I don't think she'll ever want to drive it. Which, is fine by me. Plus, she knows how mad I would be if she wrecked it.
