Question body mount

broke a bolt for the rear body mount on a 94 bronco its on the left side just about above the axel was trying to snug down on it from the access hole under the carpet when it snaped...dont know anything about these mounts but the top half of the bolt is removed and i was wondering how to remove the lower part of the bolt...seems i can move the nut and was thinking of just trying to pull the nut and what remains of the bolt down and out but need to know if theres something like a sleeve in the mount that may come out also or is it just a simple bolt nut and washer setup the mount seems to be ok just need to replace the bolt...also what size/grade bolt should i look for.....thanks

Should just be the nut, bolt and large washers that are retain the body bushings. The hardware is Metric and the grade is the equivalent of SAE grade 8 which should be marked on metric hardware as 9.8 or 8.8... can't recall off the top of my head. The bolts are pretty long but once you have the other half of the broken one out determining the exact length should be simple enough.

I have dried out body mounts and tried to tighten them up. Finnaly figured out there is a metal bushing in there. Iguess I have to replace them. I've been all through my bronco (s) over the years, but not this. Some one out there must have done this with all the body lifts out there. I want to start a new thred, but cant type in the message section. I hate computers. Any help would be apprciated.

I could be mistaken, but I think there is another washer with threads on it that holds the body mount to the bottom side of the frame. Then the top bushing goes on then another washer. Your best course of action would be to cut the bolt off and get a new bolt and washer with the bushing. My washer with threads was rusted on and all the threads on the bolt were rusted smooth.
