But some straight line 1/4 mile numbers for some of my cars:

1983 Turbo RS Capri-stock 14.1
1984 Turbo Rs Carpi-moderately modified 12.95
Daily driver 88' Turbo Coupe Tbird-stock 15.2

The Capris are great cause they are pretty well balanced, make tons of cheap power and only weigh about 2500 lbs empty.

Lol, I suppose we are on somewhat of a tangent now.....

Most of the time I run my 84' in class B with about 25 points. I usually have the option to go down a class cause most of the things that bump your points higher (turbo, big sway bar, quick ratio steering, posi, ect.) my car came with from the factory. I do pretty well for myself, Im a lot faster then some, but slower than others. I cant complain too much cause I only have about 1800 invested in my car) But once you start dominating all the local rice boys, its more fun to go up and play a little harder =)

Right now I am still going to school and I cant afford to travel very far to race. Once I get my truck driving, I should have something to tow my car with and then I can go other places against other cars.

Cool. Maybe we'll see you at Nationals some time.
