Manual /Auto Choke

Does anyone know what the last year was that F-100s came with a manual choke? I had a '69 with a manual choke and my '72 had an auto choke. I put a manual choke in the '72 with one of those conversion kits but I'd rather have the stock manual choke setup.

I believe in 1970, they took the emergency flasher switch out of the glove box, changed the switch to a **** style to match the other ***** on the dash and located it where the manual choke **** was in '69. I agree about the stock choke setup working better than the aftermarket retro-fit chokes, but I think that has more to do with the carburetor being originally setup for it, than the ****/cable itself. However; the aftermarket ***** are weak & flimsy and don't look as good as the stock ones.
