I have a brush grinder with a 1971 360 engine that let go,other than 352 0r 390 etc what else might fit this bellhousing pattern and flywheel combo, possibly some 6 cylinder ? pto is rockwell, or does anyone nearby have a engine avaliable? Please answer here or contact fire5050us(No Email Addresses In Posts!) Thanks Tim
Tim, You didn't give us a clue where you are, but there bookoos of 360s, 390s and 352s out there available. There are other engines in that family but those three are the most prominate. The FE has a uneek round top bell that is different from the other two that Ford used, so no the I-6, 302, 351 etc. wont fit.

In the cool still quiet of night, you can hear chevies rusting away.
Ouch, I'm clear in Oregon near the coast. Still yet, their should be plenty around that you could get without having your pants brought down over the price. Typically a 390 should go for around $500, which is what i want out of mine.
