So in my quest to track down what is draining my batteries, I discovered that there is a significant draw coming for the two wires connected to the solenoid on the fender going to the starter. The way I discovered that was by having a test light inline from the positive cable to positive terminal, I started pulling fuses but the light was still glowing and when I finally disconnected the cables going to the solenoid, the light stopped glowing. What is the problem, the starter or the solenoid? FYI, the starter is about 6 months old, it is a wannabe Donzo.
Which terminal on the solenoid? One of the large terminals is connected to the battery so it's always hot. Were you testing the outgoing large post, or one of the small ones?
Sorry, I meant to say, With the test light inline between the positive cable going to the battery and positive battery post, I removed the two nuts that hold the cable to the solenoid and noticed the test light stop glowing.
To give you an idea as to what might be drawing the electricity, perhaps measure the amperage going through the wires. The amperage draw ought to give you a hint as to what is making the draw. Testing with the light lets you know that there is current flowing but gives no info as to how much.

IF this diagram is complete, it would seem that there aren't very many components that could have an internal failure causing a draw on the batteries.
