ok,i see alot of people puting flat beds on,and well, the one thing i notice is the u can't realy lower ur truck much, but has anyone ever thought of having a little thinner flat bed and puting on some like, trailer fenders on the axle so that u can lower ur truck and still beable to load stuff up,just an idear
I didn't know that people with flatbeds wanted to lower their trucks. My truck is lifted and will get a cage/flatbed. Use a trailer if you need a low flat bed I guess.

I think he ment so it would be eisirer to load it . it would be nice, mine is 9 inches from the bumper (thats high) I just not sure how you could lower it and still clear the wheels, I am working on mine right now on clearance for the wheels.
I think it is a good idea. Set the trailer fenders at the height you need to clear the tires when the springs are compressed and build your flatbed around them, as low as you can get it.
I would think that when you tires rubbing on the fenders, You have a full load
You think! LOL. well mine is flat bed and i am having to make fender rails like to clear when I do have a load. I think i going to have to end up putting a helper spring in to help clear it also. so my truck end up being lifted, oh well.
