About Explore-1 MCU change...

May I put MCU (brain) from Explorer-1 1992 to another Explore-1 1992, but with other code on MCU? What changes between same year, but different codes MCU? Thanks...

The main differences I can see are 2 wheel drive versus 4 wheel drive, and manual versus automatic transmission. Only other possibility is a vehicle made specifically to meet a stricter California emissions standard, but since you are in Russia, I don't see that as a probability.
I know for certain manual and automatic transmissions are not the same since the MCU controls the 3-4 upshift and torque converter lockup. I am not sure if MCU also controls 4 wheel drive shifting or that was done in another box.

Here are some of the EEC part code numbers I found on the net.
Calif is the designation for California emissions standards and FED is for the remainder. MT-AT are for the manual-automatic transmission versions. I would think if the 2 vehicles are similar applications, an interchange should work OK

1992 year model codes below
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F27F-XB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F2PF-YA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F2PF-YA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), MT, Calif
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), MT, Fed
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F27F-VA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F27F-VB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F27F-YB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F27F-ZBMR
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F27F-ZB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F2PF-ZA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F2PF-ZA

1991 year model codes below
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F07F-ZA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), MT, Calif
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), MT, Fed
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F07F-ACB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F17F-XA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F07F-ABB
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F17F-ZA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F07F-AAA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Calif, ID F17F-VA
Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (R kick panel), AT, Fed, ID F17F-YA
