Nice job, that looks really good, what Radiator are you using?
I dont remember the model number, but i bought a Be Cool Radiator from Summit. It was pretty much the only size that would fit the stock support. They also have summit brand and Griffin radiators that are the same measurements but are a little less expensive. I think you can get a new Summit brand with the same amount of cores and with the same measurements for about $150. I like to forget how much money I have put into this thing.
Width 25" x 19.5" height.
Hope this helps. Im glad I went with a new aluminum vs. my other choice of rebuilding the stocker.
Rich, Truck looks real good! I remember those days with having the wife come out and help. Matter of fact she helped me put the seat back in yesterday!

...there's something sweet about the building phase, whether it's your truck or your home that's sooooo satifying!
Good Work Rich!
With respect to the Bumper & Gravel Pan, I've seen it done every which way and while I personally like to leave the bumper in place, maybe tucked in a little closer, I've seen examples that I love and hate both ways.
Do what suits yourself and if you're not sure, cruise our galleries or better yet come to the SuperNationals in Knoxville next month with your wife and you'll have all the examples you would ever want to see!
