Here's a hint:
What is long now now is short.
An older look it will have,
But a newer ride it shall be!

Hope you like riddles.

Nope, not a new truck. This is something I'm going to do to my truck once I get that F-350.

Here's another hint:
One thing they share,
That shall be switched and
A Truck is still be.

I guess I'll give the prize to Fomoko as he's the closest to a "frame swap". The 73-79 F-350 still utilized a 34" wide frame so a frame swap is possible and it is even easier if the truck is a Supercab or Crewcab since the frame is straighter than the regular cab unless it's a cab and chassis.

Here's the hints I had posted: The hints are bolded
"Fomoko, You should have also used the car rear suspension. You'd have a triangular four link with coil springs. I've been doing research and planning for something big on my '51....." (This was the first post I hinted I was going to do something)
"It would be nice to have a MIG. All we have is an old Forney arc welder. It is good for MAKING FRAME ALTERATIONS."
"When the ground drys up, I'll bring the truck out of storage. Too bad it's just a rolling chassis right now. It needs BETTER BRAKES AND A STEERING BOX."
"The picture isn't that good because I CUT A SECTION OF IT out of the local paper."
"Those reciprocating saws are a neat thing to have. Mine CUTS THROUGH C CHANNEL like nothing."
(\__/)
(='.'=)
(")_(") LOOK IT"S THE EASTER BUNNY!
