Got to go somewhere to read the codes - could be anything. Might or might not be coincidence with the K&N and exhaust.

Maybe the guy didn't know how to pull the codes...?

Had you disconnected the battery when doing your upgrades?
problably a p1000 code which the guy at autozone new it wasn't a problem code.

Or the guy didn't know how to use the scanner.
which happens alot.
Disconnect the battery again and see if the light comes back ,then get it scanned again.
get the codes and we can help
I have a list of possible problems but without codes you'd be chasin your tail.
Rich
on edit:
Sorry Mr Big ,didn't know you were on the case here,we were typing at the same time

Chk all your connections at the maf
and any vacum hoses you may have knocked loose in the engine compartment.
Save yourself before your buddy rips you (makes jokes on you) not the money rip.

P1633 Keep Alive Power Voltage Too Low : This I am uncertain. Could it be the alternator/regulator output??? Sorry, but no help here.

P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete : This can be reset with no issues. Once reset...then drive for 40 - 60 miles for the PCM to complete its testing mode. That is done each time the battery has been disconnected. You should not be concerned.

Have you installed a chip or tuner?

Have you checked all the fuses? This is a sign that maybe the PCM is going bad if you've not tampered with it in some way. Even if you unhook the battery this one may come right back. May want to let a shop diagnose it on a tester.
