5.4 vs 6.8 (comparing reliability only)

The 5.4 crank was forged untill '01(?) then they switched to cast crank EXCEPT for the Lightnings...........but the Lightning still uses the standard rods...go figure.

lightning! some one say lightning? heres the lightning my buddy pat builds the auto tranies for . 9.52 secs at 142 mph . most hyper 5.4 parts can be used in a v10.like the rods and pistons and rings you just have to by 2 extras .
