Engine Swap

Ihave a 1968 F-250 Crewcab with a 360 4spd. I want to put in a 300 six for economy reasons.Do i have to change frame mounts ,or are the 360,s the same as the six banger?Any help would be most appreciated.

frame mounts are the same. bellhousing flywheel and clutch set are different.

Thanks for the info Jimbare. I see your into old econolines . I seen an old Mercury Like yours In Saskatoon today. It had a chrome grill and corner window cab. The sides looked quite rusty though. It was for sale too.
