Go to Lowes, or Home Depot hardware dept. Find the parts you need to fit the inlet of your turbo. Plastic end cap, rubber adapter and clamps. Tap the end cap to fit a piece of air hose. Make sure you can regulate the pressure from zero up. If you try to go over about ten pounds you will need to use tie wire or a strap to hold it to the turbo. Spray all fittings with soapy water.
You can use a similar method, but completely cap one end (the outlet) of the intercooler, and then make the fitting for the inlet side where you can apply regulated air pressure form a compressor. Test for leaks with soapy water.
Or, you can take it to a radiator shop and have them test it. If you find leaks and want them fixed, the shop will have to test it again to find the leaks so they can fix them. I priced the radiator shop locally, they'll clean it out and test it for about $50.
